6. White paper - It means official report or guide.


7. Pour oil on troubled waters - It means try to calm, soothe or placate a problematic situation.


8. Nail in the coffin - an action/event that will help bring about the death, end, or failure of something or someone.


9. Break the ice - It means to do or say something that makes people feel more comfortable, especially at the start of a meeting or party.
