Hi everyone, Trust you are well in these pandemic times.  The world has changed a lot in these pandemic times.  Happiness is one of the most important things in human life. COVID-19 has spread in India and daily, more than 90,000 people test COVID-19 positive. As the close ones of someone have been tested COVID-19 positive, people become sad.  Today I will tell you about how to become happy and what are its benefits.  So, to become happy, we have to do the following things.  1. Smile Smiling is one of the ways to become happy. While smiling 10 muscles of our face work and when we make a frown face, we use 12 muscles of our face works, so we should smile always. We smile because we’re happy, and smiling causes the brain to release dopamine, which makes us happier. If you feel low, smile, and see what happens. 2.
